To cancel the mandate login to your account here https://mf.mobikwik.com/#/login go to Account Settings - Bank - Select Cancel Mandate option and we will initiate the mandate cancellation process with your bank and let you know once this is complete.

You can also contact your bank directly to cancel the mandate issued to Clearfunds.
